Free tools · no account, no email

Three tools. Three numbers you can act on.

Every tool gives a complete result right away: the numbers, the formula behind them, the assumptions and what stays unknown. Nothing you type leaves your browser; you can export the result as CSV or print it.

  1. 01A/R aging and next actionsEnter your open invoices and get a reconciled A/R aging report: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 91+ days, pending payments kept apart, and what to review first. Free, no sign-up.
  2. 02Software switching costWhat switching accounting software really costs over 12 months: subscriptions month by month, overlap with the old plan, migration, training and staff time, against keeping your plan.
  3. 03Invoice payment feesRun your own invoices through two fee schedules you enter: percentage, fixed fee, minimum, cap and where it applies, extra layers and subscription. Per-payment detail and CSV.

What these tools don't do

They don't replace your accountant or a lawyer. They don't connect to your bank, compute state taxes or decide a collection action. When a rule depends on something we can't check, the tool says so instead of giving a falsely precise answer.
